Terms and Conditions of 'Celebration Scheme'

• 1. This scheme is open only to Fans of Fiama Di Wills Men web page on Facebook who are citizens and residents of India.



• 2. This scheme will be open and valid for a limited period from 8th March, 2013 to 28th April, 2013 or upon completion of participation by 5000 participants, whichever is earlier.



• 3. Participation in this scheme is purely voluntary.



• 4. This scheme cannot be combined with any other offer or scheme.



• 5. To participate in this scheme, the Fans fulfilling the eligibility criteria stated in Clause 1 need to enter their name, address and other requisite details in a specially created application (“App”) at www.facebook.com/FiamaDiWillsMen. Thereafter, the Fans need to answer Five questions in the said App. Fans will have an option of sharing the App with three of his/ her friends to whom notification would be sent on their Facebook profiles. The aforesaid ‘details’ and ‘answers’ uploaded on the said App only will be accepted; no other means of submission shall be accepted.



• 6. Participation in this scheme will be complete once the aforesaid details and answers are uploaded in the App. A page saying “Thank You” shall appear in the App as a confirmation of Fans’ participation.



• 7. Multiple entries are not allowed. Persons participating through fake Facebook profiles will be disqualified.



• 8. 5000 participants answering and uploading all five ‘answers’ along with the ‘details’ on a first-come-first-serve basis will be eligible to receive a Fiama Di Wills Men Sampling Kit (Aqua Pulse Bathing Bar 50g + Aqua Pulse Shower Gel 30ml) each from ITC Ltd.



• 9. The participants eligible to receive the Sampling Kits will be intimated through email/facebook message/facebook wall post. Their names shall also be published on the Fiama Di Wills Men website within 15 days from the closing of the scheme.



• 10. The aforesaid 5000 participants shall be sent a Sampling Kit each to the addresses provided by them. ITC Ltd. shall not be responsible for the delay / non- receipt of the Sampling Kit at the address provided by the participants, for any reason whatsoever. ITC Ltd. shall also not be responsible for any loss/ damage to the Sampling Kit in the transit.



• 11. Upon completion of 5000 participants this scheme will be closed and the app on Facebook shall not be functional.



• 12. ITC Ltd. shall not be responsible for any incorrect/ incomplete address details provided by the participant.



• 13. The Sampling Kits are neither transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or other value.



• 14. ITC Ltd. reserves the right to change the contents of the Sampling Kit.



• 15. Fiama Di Wills Men products are available without this scheme also.



• 16. Employees of ITC Ltd. and Madison Advertising Pvt Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this scheme.



• 17. ITC Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.



• 18. Participation in this scheme shall be construed as an unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.



• 19. This Scheme is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participant(s) are providing their details/information to ITC Ltd. and not to Facebook voluntarily.



• 20. ITC Ltd. will not be responsible for any error, failure, problem or technical malfunction in the process of uploading the ‘answers’ and participant details. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that any details/ answer submitted are to specifications and correctly submitted.



• 21. ITC Ltd. shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this scheme as it may deem fit for its future promotions.



• 22. No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to any aspect of this scheme.
